Tanker Management and Self Assessment ProgramThis is a three (3) phase program which will supervise, support and assist the Owner/Operator throughout the process to lead to satisfactory result. In order to ensure a successful outcome for the Owner/Operator, every effort has been made to make each element in each phase of this program practical, understandable and easy to follow. We believe it is imperative and therefore we highly recommend that the senior management of the Owner//Operator is actively involved in this program and lends support and encouragement to the TMSA improvement process, as the commercial benefit is great. Please be assured that we, Hudson, will do our utmost to assist and support the Owner/Operator in their efforts to achieve this TMSA improvement goal with a quality program and at a reasonable cost.
