Total Project Management is the total solution of Hudson Marine Management Services in the event of a marine incident or emergency.As the result
of a major casualty, the Owner may be forced to draw upon a number
of different technical, emergency response, and scientific disciplines,
which often requires pulling expertise from a number of companies
and consultancy firms. This has oftentimes resulted in a disparate
and disjointed technical approach, costing time, money and even
inadequate defense to claims.
From the multi-disciplinary philosophy of Hudson
Marine Management Services, we have developed the concept of Total
Project Management, an approach in which the Owners and their Insurers'
interests are best represented for large and complex incidents.
Our management team manages an incident from a sound technical base,
but with a commercial approach and attitude.
The use of this concept takes the management of
any type of casualty from the emergency phase to the routine project
management phase as quickly as possible and helps to ensure that
the organization's safety plan is fully implemented; that is, to
deliver a successful project in the most cost-effective matter.
